Vertical Laundry Bagger System - VerticL-PP Dual Running Linens

The Vertic L-PP laundry bagging system uses a light screen cycling mechanism to count items per package, providing a cost-effective solution compared to other pre-made bag operations. The system also offers an optional weigh scale alternative to the light screen cycling mechanism, allowing for flexible item counting methods. It features a touch screen for recipe selection and package specifications, and is compatible with center-folded rolls of poly film to reduce costs. Bag sizes range from 12"x24" to 27"x24" and are adjustable via the touch screen. Capable of packaging up to 4200 towels per hour per side, the system ensures high-speed operations with no material scrap due to its trimless packaging design. As a semi-automatic machine, the Dual Vertical-L PP works at high speeds. Operators place towels into the machine, where they are automatically dropped into the bagging area. Once bagged and sealed by our linen and towel bagging equipment, they are transported using a conveying device to a customer-specified height. The system also features a bag tapper for product distribution within the package and includes dual operator load stations and sealing systems to increase output.
