Vertical Laundry Bagger System - Vertic-L-PP Single Running Linens
Rennco’s vertical laundry bagger system is easy to use, cost-effective, and reliable. For an effective laundry bagging experience, the Vertic-L PP is precise in each application. An operator places towels into the machine, where they are quickly bagged and sealed. The Vertic-L PP is designed for maximum efficiencies for the industrial laundry market. This system incorporates a weigh scale for bagging by weight, accommodating bag sizes ranging from 12"x 24" to 27"x 24". Bag sizes can be changed on the touch screen in seconds, allowing for flexibility and ease of use.
The system uses generic center-folded rolls of poly film and offers optional features such as a weigh scale or light screen cycling mechanism. It has an ergonomically friendly operator platform that raises 20 inches from the floor, enhancing operator comfort. The dual system option includes two operator load stations and sealing systems, facilitating efficient workflow. The touch screen includes recipe selection for package specifications, and vertical film roll placement allows for easy material change.
Additional features include a bag tapper to assist in product distribution within packages, with air requirements of 0.6 CFM per machine cycle at 80 PS and electric requirements of 120 volt, one phase, 60 Hz, 10-15 amps.
