Rennco Model 301 Packager Bagging Rolls of Garbage Bags
Model 301 packaging system accepts rolls of garbage bags from upstream equipment. The rolls are conveyed to the belt infeed section of the system. They are then placed one by one into the web of film for bagging. The 301 series is a versatile packager that is easy to operate and includes a user-friendly HMI screen for ease in product changeover. The system uses a constantly heated, coated seal bar sealing assembly, ensuring smokeless and odorless sealing. It is capable of sealing polyethylene and polyolefin films without the need for change parts. The package size range varies from 2" x 2" to 18" x 24", with speeds of up to 35 packages per minute, depending on the product. The machine requires 0.16 CFM per cycle at 80 PSI and operates on 240 Volt, 3 Phase, 60 Hz, drawing 8-14 amps. It is suitable for cylindrical products and items longer than wide. Options include Easy Open Perforator, Header Sealers (HS-10, HS-14), and Film Registration. Additionally, the machine can package items in centerfolded roll stock material to reduce costs.
