Rennco Model 301PP (Pouch Pack) - Bulk Packing Sticky Note Pads
Rennco Model 301PP (pouch pack) bagging system that is accepting pre-wrapped sticky note pads and placing them into groups in a bulk bag for transport to supply stores. The Model 301PP, featuring an inverted seal system with a horizontal seal bar below the vertical seal, is similar to the Model 301. This design allows for a package size range of 2" x 2" to 18" x 24". The system operates at speeds of up to 35 packages per minute, depending on the product, and requires .16 CFM per machine cycle at 80 PSI. The electric requirement for the Model 301PP is 240 Volt - 3 Phase - 60 Hz - 8-14 amps. The machine has a footprint of approximately 60" x 56".
Optional features include a small bucket horizontal conveyor, a bucket incline conveyor, an easy open perforator, a film registration eye, and a hole punch. The user-friendly HMI and programmable changeover enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, the Model 301PP offers cost savings over using pre-made bags and is suitable for e-commerce applications using centerfolded mail order film. It provides automated vertical bagging solutions for food service disposables and the laundry industry.
