Rennco Model 301 Packager - Bagging Pillows
Operator is hand loading a pillow into the web of material on the Rennco Model 301 packager. The pillow is then bagged in polyethylene material for transport to a customer. Our constantly heated, coated seal bar sealing assembly ensures smokeless, odorless sealing, capable of sealing both polyethylene and polyolefin films without requiring change parts. Additionally, the Model 301 is suited perfectly for the consumer goods industry for various products, offering substantial film savings on cylindrical and longer-than-wide products.
The easy operation facilitated by a user-friendly HMI screen allows for quick product changeover. Options for the Model 301 include an Easy Open Perforator, Header Sealer, and Horizontal Discharge Conveyor. The machine requires 0.16 CFM per cycle at 80 PSI and operates on a 240 Volt - 3 Phase - 60 Hz - 8-14 amps electric requirement. It handles package sizes ranging from 2"" x 2"" to 18"" x 24"" and achieves speeds of up to 35 packages per minute.
Available upgrades include servo motor drives for film feed and seal assembly, enhancing efficiency. For higher speed requirements, the Vertical L Bar Sealer, can seal up to 60 packages per minute.
