Rennco Model 201 Vertical L Bar Sealer - Bath Bomb/Soap Ball Packaging
The Rennco Model 201 packager is being hand loaded with bath bombs in this video. Once the items are packaged, they are transferred to a shrink tunnel, which shrinks the excess material to create a tightly wrapped item. Our 201 model, with a footprint of 3' x 3.5', is ideal for packaging small items like bath bombs and soap balls, providing cost savings over systems that run pre-made bags. The constantly heated, coated seal bar assembly ensures smokeless, odorless sealing and can seal polyethylene and polyolefin films without needing part changes.
The Model 201 can handle up to 35 packages per minute, depending on the product, and is suitable for packaging odd sizes and shapes such as broccoli, footballs, and dog bones. It can easily interface with infeed systems, making it versatile for various applications, including E-Commerce, Food Service Disposables, and the Laundry Industry. The machine requires 0.12 CFM per cycle at 80 PSI for air and has an electric requirement of 120 Volt, 1 Phase, 60 Hz, 15 amps.
Additionally, the package size range is from 2" x 2" to 8" x 10", with optional features like the Easy Open Perforator, Horizontal Discharge Conveyor, and 1/4" Hole Punch available.
