Rennco E-Commerce Packaging Solution
Rennco's vertical bagging machine is set up for E-Commerce packaging applications. Our automatic vertical bagging machines provide efficient, high throughput packaging solutions, accommodating unique item requirements. An operator can load various items into the centerfolded film; once all items are loaded, the palm button is depressed, a shipping label is attached, and the package is produced ready for transport to the end customer.
With more than 5,000 packaging equipment solutions delivered to over 1,400 customers in 47 countries, we offer flexible automatic bagger machines that reduce the need for pre-made bag stock, especially for e-commerce packaging solutions. Our automated vertical bagging solutions cater to multiple industries, including Food Service Disposable and Laundry Industry bulk bagging (e.g., bar wipes, shop towels, ISO Gowns).
Our Model 301 semi-automatic bagger for e-commerce reduces box usage, film cost, and handling, producing bags from 2 x 2 inches to 18 x 24 inches. The ProCommerce bagging solution, which uses bubble wrap lined material, runs both bubble mailing material and opaque mailing film. Additionally, our systems can be upgraded or converted with new technology, featuring options like bar code scanning for automated labeling on the 301 bagger/labeler, ensuring versatility across various packaging needs.
