Rennco Model 301 - Bagging Paint Rollers from Side Transfer Conveyor
The Rennco Model 301 packaging system accepts paint rollers from a side transfer conveyor and then bags them in printed polyethylene material using a constantly heated, coated seal bar sealing assembly that provides odorless sealing. This system can seal polyethylene and polyolefin films without the need for change parts, offering substantial film savings on cylindrical products and those longer than wide. Additionally, it features a user-friendly HMI screen for easy product changeover and packages products in centerfolded roll stock material, reducing pre-made bag costs.
The system requires .16 CFM per machine cycle at 80 PSI air, and 240 Volt, 3 Phase, 60 Hz, 8-14 amps electricity. It accommodates package sizes from 2"" x 2"" to 18"" x 24"" and operates at speeds up to 35/min, depending on the product. Optional features include an easy open perforator, header sealers, horizontal discharge conveyor, and powered film cradle, with film registration and hole punch options available (1/4"" hole punch, obround hole punch).
The machine is equipped with additional features such as jaw guards, a pick & place removal system, and a static eliminator.
