Model 301 System Bagging & Packaging Rawhide Dog Treat

Hand loading of approximately 30 per minute can be achieved, with speeds up to 35 packages per minute depending on the product. The Model 301 sealer features substantial film savings on a wide range of products, including cylindrical and long items like dog treats.
The constantly heated, coated seal bar sealing assembly ensures smokeless, odorless sealing, which is effective for polyethylene and polyolefin films without requiring change parts. Easy operation is facilitated through a user-friendly HMI screen for quick product changeover. This system packages products in centerfolded roll stock material, offering a cost-effective alternative to high-cost pre-made bags. Air requirements are 0.16 CFM per machine cycle at 80 PSI, while electric requirements are 240 Volt, 3 Phase, 60 Hz, and 8-14 amps. The package size ranges from 2" x 2" to 18" x 24".
