Vertic-L-PP Bagging for Quebec Laundry

An automated sorting and bagging system saves Partagec Inc. more than 15,000 staff hours annually, and by reducing manual handling it greatly reduces contamination risk. The Laundry Bagger System Vertic-L-PP includes a touch screen for recipe selection for package specifications, a light screen auto cycle which allows for automatic machine cycle, a trimless package with no material scrap, and a bag tapper to assist distribution of products in package. This system also features dual operator load stations and sealing systems on a common frame to increase output, and uses generic center-folded rolls of poly film, which helps reduce costs. The bag sizes range from 12"x24" to 27"x24", and can be changed via the touch screen interface. The system is capable of handling up to 4200 towels per hour per side, requiring 0.6 CFM per machine cycle at 80 PSI, and operates on 120 Volt, 1 Phase, 60 Hz, 10-15 amps. Finished packages exit on a conveyor to a specified height, and the interface panel displays the correct product count. The operator platform is ergonomically friendly and can be raised 20" from the floor.
