Model 501-70 Poly Bagging Rolls of Carpet/Rugs
Rennco Model 501-70 is a packaging system running rolls of carpet/rugs in polyethylene bags. This system, including the Model 501 vertical L bar sealer, produces package sizes from 2” x 2” up to 24” x 65”. View our other videos for its applications in the consumer good industry. The 501 can incorporate a trim wind up for scrap removal or be configured in a “trimless” manner (thus scrap is left attached to the package versus being waste). It features a light screen cycling mechanism and perimeter interlocked guarding. The air requirement is .43 to .60 CFM per cycle at 80 PSI, and the electric requirement is 240 Volt - 3 Phase - 60 Hz - 7.5-9 amps. The footprint for the Model 501-36 is 74" x 78", Model 501-52 is 74" x 82", and Model 501-65 is 74" x 99". This model can package up to 30 packages per minute, depending on the product, and is suitable for cylindrical products, e-commerce applications, food service disposables, laundry industry items, and medical devices. Optional features include a trim break detection eye, hole punch, and pin perforator assembly. The servo motor drives ensure efficient film feed and seal assembly operation.
