Model VerticL-PP Wide Mouth Bagger With Weigh Scale
Watch this video to see linens being bagged by weight on a Rennco Model VerticL-PP Wide Mouth Bagger. The process of the Vertic-L-PP takes place when towels or shop rags advance toward the operator station. Towels are tossed into the pouched area, and the machine cycles and produces the bag. The Vertic-L-PP system includes a light screen cycling mechanism for item counting per package and an optional weigh scale feature. The finished packages, designed with a trimless package design to eliminate material scrap, exit on a conveyor to the customer-specified height. The machine also features a touch screen for recipe selection and package specifications, allowing bag size adjustments to be made in seconds. The standard bag sizes range from 12"x24" to 27"x24".
For optimal product distribution within the package, a bag tapper is utilized. The system can handle a maximum output of 4200 towels per hour per side, with the potential to reach up to 5500 towels per hour. The Vertic-L-PP uses generic center-folded poly film rolls for cost savings. The air requirement is 0.6 CFM per machine cycle at 80 PSI, and the electric requirement is 120 Volt, 1 Phase, 60 Hz, 10-15 amps.
