Model TPI - Trim Press Interfacing System for Lids
The Rennco Model TPI for lids provides a multi-level transport system for thermoformed lids from the customer's upstream press. The TPI unit can be interfaced with a bagging system for a complete packaging line. This packaging interfacing system includes modules such as tooling exit, pre-staging, transfer, loading, conveying/counting, and packaging, ensuring comprehensive handling of various product configurations and tool die designs. Rennco's newest innovation for the disposables industry is trim press interfacing units for thermoformed cups and lids.
We offer manufacturing line interfacing capability for a variety of thermoformed cups and lids, with product sizes ranging from 2 3/4" to 4 1/2". Our system is compatible with 1, 2, or 3 tiers for cups and 1 or 2 tiers for lids, providing flexibility in production.
