Model 501 With Cup Counter / Cup Loader
Rennco’s Model 501 with the CCL is designed to securely bag cups in the production process. The cup counter accepts a single line of nested cups from a continuous source and counts them utilizing fiber optic sensors. The package size ranges from 2" x 2" to 24" x 65". The system can handle speeds of up to 30 packages per minute, depending on the product. The Model 501 bags, seals, and releases them. Air requirements are 0.43 to 0.60 CFM per machine cycle at 80 PSI, and the electric requirement is 240 Volt, 3 Phase, 60 Hz, 7.5-9 amps. Footprints vary: 74" x 78" for Model 501-36, 74" x 82" for Model 501-52, and 74" x 99" for Model 501-65. Optional features include a trim break detection eye, hole punch for air release, and pin perforator assembly. Additional options like the Easy Open Perforator, Header Sealer HS-10, and HS-14 are available.
