Model 501 Pouch Pack Packager Transferring Bottle Caps

Bottle caps are fed into bags using automatic infeed chutes from the Model 501. Once the bag is filled with bottle caps, the bag is sealed and released. This automatic machine works at high speeds for continuous motion, and is well suited to the plastic disposables industry. The Model 501 series vertical L bar sealer offers substantial film savings versus pre-made bags on a roll. It provides a versatile packaging solution to produce package sizes from 2” x 2” up to 24” x 65” (depending on the series of machine) and can operate at speeds of up to 30 packages per minute, depending on the product.

The Model 501 has an air requirement of 0.43 to 0.60 CFM per machine cycle at 80 PSI and an electric requirement of 240 Volt, 3 Phase, 60 Hz, and 7.5-9 amps. Its footprint varies with the model: approximately 74" x 78" (Model 501-36), 74" x 82" (Model 501-52), and 74" x 99" (Model 501-65). Optional features include a trim break detection eye, hole punch for air release, and a pin perforator assembly. It supports configurations like trim wind up for scrap removal or trimless with scrap left attached.
