Model 501 Packager With Pocket Conveyor Infeed Tray Packaging System
The Model 501 with the Pocket Conveyor Infeed System is a combination that allows for speed and accuracy. In this video, trays are quickly sent through the machine, where they are bagged, sealed, and released. These machines are ideal for packaging for the food disposables industry. Features on the Model 501 include a trim break detection eye, hole punch for air release, pin perforator assembly along with a multitude of other features. The Model 501 vertical L bar sealer offers package sizes from 2” x 2” to 24” x 65” and supports speeds of up to 30 packages per minute, depending on the product. It requires 0.43 to 0.60 CFM per cycle at 80 PSI and operates at 240 Volt, 3 Phase, 60 Hz, with a current draw of 7.5-9 amps. The footprint varies by model: 74" x 78" for the Model 501-36, 74" x 82" for the Model 501-52, and 74" x 99" for the Model 501-65.
