Model 301 With Pocket Conveyor Infeed Lid Packaging System Counting Lids
Shown in the video is the Model 301 withPocket Conveyor Infeed Lid Packaging System. The system accepts pre-counted stacks of lids on the infeed system. The stacks are automatically transferred to the packager where the bag is placed around the stack. With an air requirement of .16 CFM per machine cycle at 80 PSI and an electric requirement of 240 Volt - 3 Phase - 60 Hz - 8-14 amps, the Model 301 Pocket Conveyor Infeed System is efficient and robust. The 301 series is a versatile packager that is easy to operate and includes a user-friendly HMI screen for ease in product change over. The system is ideal for kit packaging of multiple items in up to 18"" x 24"" package size and operates at speeds of up to 35 packages per minute, depending on the product. The Model 301 features an inverted seal system with a horizontal seal bar below the vertical seal. It includes optional features such as a small bucket horizontal conveyor, bucket incline conveyor, easy open perforator, film registration eye, and hole punch. The footprint is approximately 60"" x 56"" and accommodates package sizes ranging from 2"" x 2"" to 18"" x 24"".
