Model 301 Pouch Pack Packager Running Coffee Pod Packets


In this video, the Model 301 Pouch Pack vertical packager is bagging coffee packets. The process begins by manually placing coffee packets into the machine. The Model 301PP features an inverted seal system, with the horizontal seal bar positioned below the vertical seal. The product is accumulated into the seal area, and a bag is produced once the correct count has been loaded. This system is ideal for bagging multiple items in a package in industries such as food service., and it is capable of handling package sizes ranging from 2" x 2" to 18" x 24". The machine operates at speeds of up to 35 packages per minute, with an air requirement of 0.16 CFM per machine cycle at 80 PSI and an electric requirement of 240 Volt - 3 Phase - 60 Hz - 8-14 amps. The footprint of the machine is approximately 60" x 56".

Optional features include a small bucket horizontal conveyor, a bucket incline conveyor, an easy open perforator, a film registration eye, and a hole punch. The user-friendly HMI and programmable changeover enhance operational efficiency. This system offers cost savings over pre-made bags and is suitable for multiple loose items and kit packaging.
