Model 301 Packager Running Paint Rollers
Model 301 Rennco packaging system wraps single, double, or triple paint rollers per bag. Rollers are received from upstream equipment onto the infeed conveyor of the Rennco system. The rollers are advanced to the wrapping area, where they are placed into the centerfolded polyethylene material. The system features a constantly heated, coated seal bar for smokeless, odorless sealing, ensuring high-quality seals on polyethylene and polyolefin films without requiring change parts. Once bagged, they are discharged for an operator to place into a shipping carton, ideal for the consumer goods industry.
The Model 301 is specifically designed for cylindrical and longer products and includes a user-friendly HMI screen. It operates at speeds of up to 35 packages per minute and accommodates package sizes ranging from 2" x 2" to 18" x 24". The system requires 0.16 CFM per cycle at 80 PSI, with an electric requirement of 240 Volt, 3 Phase, 60 Hz, and 8-14 amps. Available options for customization include an Easy Open Perforator, Header Sealer HS-10, HS-14, and a Horizontal Discharge Conveyor.
Additional models like the Voyager can seal up to 60 packages per minute.
