Model 301 Packager - Packaging Brake Parts
Rennco's Model 301 semi automatic packager is set up with plain centerfolded packaging material being hand loaded with brake parts. The Model 301 sealer benefits customers with substantial film savings on cylindrical products and products that are longer than they are wide, like automotive brake parts. This system is efficient and accurate, featuring a constantly heated, coated seal bar sealing assembly that ensures smokeless and odorless sealing. Additionally, it is designed to seal both polyethylene and polyolefin films without the need for change parts. With a user-friendly HMI screen, the Model 301 allows for easy product changeovers and is compatible with centerfolded roll stock material. The machine operates with an air requirement of 0.16 CFM per machine cycle at 80 PSI and an electric requirement of 240 Volt, 3 Phase, 60 Hz, 8-14 amps. It accommodates package sizes from 2" x 2" to 18" x 24" and can achieve speeds of up to 35 packages per minute.
