Model 301 Next Gen Packager - Running Paint Rollers
Rennco Model 301 packager efficiently receives paint rollers from upstream equipment. The rollers are automatically loaded into the Model 301 packager, capable of producing a single or double stack package depending on the pre-selected setting. This model features a constantly heated, coated seal bar assembly for smokeless and odorless sealing, capable of sealing polyethylene and polyolefin films without requiring change parts. The rollers are then discharged and ready for the next process. The Model 301 is designed with a user-friendly HMI screen for easy product changeover.
The system operates with an air requirement of 0.16 CFM per cycle at 80 PSI and an electric requirement of 240 Volt, 3 Phase, 60 Hz, drawing 8-14 amps. It can handle a package size range from 2"" x 2"" to 18"" x 24"" and achieves speeds of up to 35 packages per minute, depending on the product. Optional features include an Easy Open Perforator, Header Sealer HS-10/HS-14, and various conveyors and film handling systems.
