Model 301 Dual Packager With Plate Infeed Conveyor
The plate infeed system counts, accumulates, and transfers products to be packaged by the Model 301. This dual packager, equipped with two seal jaws, enhances packaging speeds. The system features a constantly heated, coated seal bar for smokeless, odorless sealing and can handle both polyethylene and polyolefin films without change parts. Additional options for this system include a trim break detection eye, pin perforator assembly, and discharge conveyor systems. The user-friendly HMI screen facilitates easy product changeover. The Model 301, known for substantial film savings on cylindrical and long products, packages in centerfolded roll stock material instead of high-cost pre-made bags. The system has an air requirement of 0.16 CFM per cycle at 80 PSI and an electric requirement of 240 Volt, 3 Phase, 60 Hz, 8-14 amps.
