Model 201 Semi Automatic Vertical Packager Running Soap

The Model 201 sealer benefits customers with its small footprint, only 3' x 3.5', and its dependable packaging efficiency. The constantly heated, coated seal bar assembly ensures smokeless, odorless sealing, making it suitable for various environments. It effectively seals polyethylene and polyolefin films without needing to change parts, enhancing operational flexibility.
The vertical film travel allows for the packaging of items with odd sizes and shapes, including products like broccoli, footballs, and dog bones. This machine has an air requirement of 0.12 CFM per machine cycle at 80 PSI and an electric requirement of 120 Volt, 1 Phase, 60 Hz, 15 amps. It accommodates package sizes ranging from 2" x 2" to 8" x 10" and can achieve speeds of up to 35 packages per minute, depending on the product.
