Model 201 Pouch Pack Packager Running Puzzle Pieces

The PP version L bar sealer has an inverted seal system for applications that consist of loose items, such as the hardware & parts industry. The infeed chute can be hand-loaded or automatically fed, and the machine operates at speeds of up to 35 packages per minute.
With an air requirement of 0.12 CFM per machine cycle at 80 PSI and an electric requirement of 120 Volt, 1 Phase, 60 Hz, 15 amps, this equipment is designed to be highly efficient. Optional features include a static eliminator, film registration eye, pin perforator assembly, and trim break detection eye, which enhance its functionality. For automated loading, bucket infeed conveyors are available.
The 201PP Pouch Packager is compatible with centerfolded polyethylene, polyolefin, and PVC roll stock materials, making it suitable for various applications, including e-commerce, food service disposables, laundry industry, medical devices, and hardware industry.
