Model 201/Infeed System - Packaging Tourniquet Kits
The Model 201 with pocket infeed conveyor is a system capable of packaging tourniquet kits with a paper insert. Items are placed into the pockets of the infeed system and then automatically loaded into the centerfolded packaging material for bagging. The Model 201 and infeed system are designed for maximum throughput and efficiency. It includes a constantly heated, coated seal bar assembly for smokeless, odorless sealing, allowing it to seal polyethylene and polyolefin films without changing parts. The Model 201 footprint is 3' x 3.5' and can package odd sizes and shapes in shrink-wrap or poly bags. The package size ranges from 2" x 2" to 8" x 10". It has an air requirement of 0.12 CFM per machine cycle at 80 PSI and an electric requirement of 120 Volt - 1 Phase - 60 Hz - 15 amps. The system can achieve speeds of up to 35 packages per minute and is equipped with an easy open perforator, horizontal discharge conveyor, and film registration. Optional features include a 1/4" hole punch, jaw guards, pick & place removal, pin perforator, and static eliminator. The machinery is customizable for various industries including food service, laundry, medical devices, and consumer goods.
