Model 301 Sealer - E Commerce Bagging Solution
Rennco Model 301 packager integrated with an ID Print and Apply Labeler offers a solution for your E-Commerce type mailing packages. Our bag sealing system utilizes centerfolded polyethylene material from a roll versus pre-made bags or cartons. The constantly heated, coated seal bar assembly enables, odorless sealing of polyethylene and polyolefin films, ensuring clean and efficient operation. It seals both materials without requiring change parts, enhancing operational flexibility.
For various applications, our system can produce bags ranging from 2"" x 2"" to 18"" x 24"" at speeds of up to 35 bags per minute, depending on the product. The Model 301, in particular, is suitable for cylindrical products and longer items, offering substantial film savings and featuring a user-friendly HMI screen for easy changeover. The system operates on 240 Volt - 3 Phase - 60 Hz power, requiring 8-14 amps and 0.16 CFM per machine cycle at 80 PSI.
Optional features include an easy open perforator, header sealers, a horizontal discharge conveyor, and a reusable tape strip for re-sealing bags, facilitating product returns. This model is ideal for e-commerce, food service disposables, medical devices, and industrial laundry services, automating packing, minimizing film cost, and reducing DIM calculated shipping costs.
