Spare Seal Assemblies

Did you know that Rennco offers spare seal assemblies? These assemblies are a sub-frame assembly with mounted seal bars and heating elements, and wiring junction box. The unit is pre-assembled, ready to bolt into the seal jaw frame.

This allows for a quick change out of seal blades to afford less downtime. You would unbolt the assembly in the packager, place this new assembly in place and be ready for production again. The assembly that you removed can then have the seal bar or bars changed out on a bench and then ready to re-use.
